Used to grill chicken last night. I always end up overcooking the chicken for fear of undercooking it. I used it, and when the temperature convinced me I wasn't going to kill my family, I took it off the fire. We had delicious, juicy chicken for the first time in a long time. Temperature is instantly displayed, and there's even a temperature guide printed on the front in case you forget what your destination is. One feature I wasn't aware of is that it has a built in magnet which was great for keeping it from falling off the table while grilling. The bottle opener is also a nice touch, because if you don't drink a beer while roasting, then something is really wrong with you.
