Great for any meal Cook in Meat

If you don't want to over dry pork or chicken, all you have to do is measure the speed. I have several instant read thermometers. This Fate so far seems solid enough to withstand repeated use and deliver accurate temperatures. I have had problems with the sensor in the past and am concerned about this unit.

Very easy to clean and easy to use.

I used to cook all meat products "well done” because I was afraid of raw meat. After using this thermometer, I usually cook to the limit. I used to overcook meat sometimes. Now I really rely on the thermometer every time. When I start cooking today, I want to know how the meat is doing.

Worked great but then stopped

Bought for a second home and it worked great the first time, used it a few months later and it died, replaced the battery because I thought i didnt did it didnt close properly and died again 2 weeks later, i had 4 batteries and every time it died, next time i even tried to take the battery out and it worked once but now it doesn't work at all.

No more dry chicken!

Used to grill chicken last night. I always end up overcooking the chicken for fear of undercooking it.
