Shake the soreness away
Just recently found out what a vibrating plate was, l needed this years ago. It literally shakes the soreness away. Had no problems with machine so far. It's great for muscle recovery. My wife enjoys it also. This has become a must for relaxing all muscles. Legs feel rejuvenated after 15 minutes.It's understandable people with bad knee's probably shouldn't use theese. No need in getting a machine that makes you hurt and it ends up a dust collector.I use it everyday on some part of body, feels to good not to.
