Perfect for kindergarten!
We Bought this for our daughter who is enrolled in kindergarten but started using it at summer camp a few months ago. My kid loves it and so do I! It's sewn very well, she loves the zippers (thick pink rubber loops) and all the pockets. I like that there is a flatter pocket that opens almost like a place for folders or papers. We had to pack A LOT for summer camp (clothes, two towels, sunscreen, bug spray, etc.) and it was great. It didn't seem too big for my daughter either. She is of average height/weight and recently turned 5 years old. Highly recommended for children starting kindergarten.
- Lots of pockets: the school bag has 5 external zippered pockets (4 front, 1 rear), 2 external water bottle pockets on the side, the largest compartment has 3 open pockets and a compartment for a laptop or folder
