Purchased 6 weeks ago. Installed a few weeks ago and at first I was very happy. However, the rubber brushes on the rotor came off after a few weeks. The rubber can be put back into the groove, but it hurts. I just tried installing the second one from the set but it won't spin freely. One of the end caps is stuck and cannot be used. It might be possible to file the plastic tabs a bit and get it working. In any case, this is unacceptable. Another reviewer said the hair wraps around the rubber brushes and pulls them out. TRUE. That was my experience too. I'm not sure how much this affects performance, but the rubber will definitely break from wrapping long hair. If they were a little more durable and the quality control was a little better I would keep buying.
