Review on GustBuster Metro 43 Inch: The Ultimate Automatic Umbrella for All Weather Conditions by Nicole Garcia

Used this umbrella 4 times in 4 months until one of the ribs came off the fabric. I called Revain ("For Sale Revain") and was told the return window was closed. They couldn't give me any warranty information, so I was able to file a claim using my credit card's extended warranty (this DOUBLES the manufacturer's warranty, but NOBODY knows how long the warranty is). You can't even find it on the GustBuster website. HOW DIRTY! I can't make a claim with VISA without warranty information. What a rush and HEADACHE! You have the best choice! UPDATE: I returned the defective umbrella after contacting the company and receiving a return authorization code. I put it in a box and marked the code outside (also inside!) according to the company's instructions. It's been THREE WEEKS and still no reply. It's spring now and it rains at least a few days a week and I do NOT have that expensive umbrella. I feel like a SUCKER for buying this product. WHERE'S MY SPARE UMBRELLA, GASTBUSTER?! BUDGETbuster is a waste of money!
