Inaccurate return description

Bought this monitor a few weeks ago. I turned it on, wasn't happy with the image size/quality so sent it back for a refund. The item description clearly states that a "Full Refund" is available if the item is returned in the same condition it was received. Advise that the carrier charges a fee for both returning the item and restocking.
