Everyone should have one in the car when you want to go for a walk and talk on the phone but don't want to hold the phone or car keys in your hand while exercising. I love using it, it has become necessary. Wearing it, I can run, use dumbbells and listen to my favorite radio program at the same time. The car key ring and phone easily fit in the front zippered pocket. The vest weighs nothing, so I can wear it even on hot days. The only downside is that I can't walk around with my phone in my pocket, it bounces too much and the vest moves uncontrollably. But I can walk comfortably all day and the bright color provides reassurance for those who exercise alone.
