My purified well water tastes great now! After reading about the benefits of drinking "copper water” I really wanted to throw away our newly purchased Brita pitcher that looks like it has an expiration date and use a water filter that didn't need to be thrown in the landfill. and bought again. This is an attractive pitcher that you won't mind having on the counter. (Note that the water should be kept at room temperature and that the copper removes bacteria. Additional information is included with the jug.) The jug and lid didn't fit perfectly, but as copper is a soft metal it took some effort to remodel. that and the pitcher solved the problem.
