I bought this to help me and my partner move recently and also to use for regular grocery store runs and such in the future since we live in downtown area. I was surprised at how well this little thing does! First off I am 5ft tall. But I was able to stack a lot of heavy boxes onto this and maneuver it easily into elevators and sidewalks to my place. What would've been several trips with 2 people was made into 1 or 2 with just myself and this handy thing. The unit comes with 2 bungee chords attached to the frame at the bottom. Those are super handy as they just live on the dolly and easily wrap upward and connect onto the handle on mostly anything I've had to load up on it. The added plus was the one extra bungee they add to the bag, that one is much thicker and I found useful for our super large/heavy amazon orders. It helps to keep the boxes more secure in addition to the 2 attached bungee chords. I also like the swivel tires on the front, those were helpful to squeeze into tight areas. The 2 back wheels can really withstand some drops. I had to move heavy boxes down a flight of stairs. The stairs were pretty tall. But the tires were able to take the drops. The front lip on this moves too as in it can pop out further to help loosen the bungee base for bigger boxes or it can retract to be more snug against more narrow boxes. I dig this, definitely did more than I expected and can take a beating.
