the bread bin is so cool! To be honest I didn't realize how much we needed him until he showed up here. It fits perfectly on my desk without taking up much space. A cutting board is a great extra that most bread bins don't have. I have been able to extend the shelf life of bread, fruit/vegetables and other baked goods. Perfect for fall and winter where I live due to the constant temperature swings. One day it can be 70 degrees, and the next it will be snowing. With all the wetter layers, the bread in my house spoils quickly. Now I don't have to worry about storing bread in the fridge or freezer before it goes bad. In general very satisfied.
