I expected. However, they still work fine. It takes a bit more force to push the jump rings through the hole due to the thickness, but it wasn't a big deal. They are covered with kraft paper on both sides for protection and once removed they are very transparent. I stuck the drawings on it with vinyl and they stuck well and didn't come loose. In general the quality is good, I recommend.
