I am pleased to report that the panel I received works, is light and easy to move. can't get 200 watts out. but an hour ago it went from 54 watts to 116 watts and I haven't moved it. could get more if i figure out the perfect angle and direction to place it. it has no base. Obviously the sun has moved to a better position to receive more energy. The charge controller could be better but I don't plan on using it for my setup. I bought a better charge controller which is MPPT and not PWM. For the price I didn't expect perfection. This is the cheapest solar panel for the stated capacity. I'm getting over 100 watts so I'm happy with what I paid for it. I have ordered a different brand portable panel and will see what I get from it when it arrives. It's rated for 100-120 watts and had a $50 coupon so I got it for about what I paid for it. I hope I get a few watts out of it.
