overall great remotes, got them for myself. I bought these for my girlfriend because she was frustrated that she couldn't make her own colors unless she was using her LED app on her phone so knowing mine can do it I bought her two packs. Find out (I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner) that you need a proper receiver (the white box connected to the LEDs) for this remote to work properly. I'm going to return this and buy her a remote control and receiver combo! I recommend this remote control, although its only functions are a wide range of standard colors, color jump (preset colors), color fade (preset colors), and flash (to and from white only).
