Hard to set up best in my review
Experienced the same difficulties setting up as described by other reviewers. No instructions in the box. Downloaded Android HBN app from play store and could not get it to set up after several tries. Google search referenced TUYU app. Finally got it to connect to the plug after several tries. No picture of this device in the app. Finally got it to connect. Connecting to Alexa was also difficult as the plug was not initially recognized. I have two other brands that were easy to set up. Pay a few dollars more and avoid the hassle of setting up.
