We've had this humidifier for about a week now. For the most part this works fine. I gave 3 stars because I don't like the hose that came with it. It doesn't stick to the humidifier, it just sits, which causes a lot of leaks. It also seeps into the terrarium and the litter started to have a horrible musty smell due to water dripping in and sitting. There's not much I can do about it at the moment because I've even tried to tip the end of the hose over so it doesn't leak into the terrarium, but the water builds up so quickly it can't flow for more than an hour. a few hours without me lifting the hose to return the water to the tank. When I lift the hose, most of the water comes out because there is no gasket between the hose and the humidifier. Aside from the hose issues, which we hope to fix once we get our baby into her large terrarium (I think we'll just have to put the whole humidifier in there and forget about the hose), it works fine. You can choose the level you want for your pet. It takes a bit of fiddling with the layers to figure out where it's needed, but I figured it out pretty quickly. Update: I changed my rating to 5 stars because I received an email from the seller saying I'm probably missing. the part that creates the seal. They asked if I would like to send a replacement and of course I gladly agreed. That was maybe a week ago and I received the part today (along with a brand new hose and suction fittings. Seems the leak issue has been resolved for now. For a great product and fast and efficient customer service I would give 6 stars. if I wanted to , I could!
