Great product, great customer service!

We've had this humidifier for about a week now. For the most part this works fine. I gave 3 stars because I don't like the hose that came with it. It doesn't stick to the humidifier, it just sits, which causes a lot of leaks. It also seeps into the terrarium and the litter started to have a horrible musty smell due to water dripping in and sitting. There's not much I can do about it at the moment because I've even tried to tip the end of the hose over so it doesn't leak into the terrarium, but…

The best reptile fogger we have found

We use this ball python aviary fogger and it is connected to a timer. It gives stable output, is very quiet and appears to be very well built. The volume control is pretty good and can go from almost zero to just enough mist to fill a 50G tank in about a minute. The reason for the four stars instead of five has to do with the design of the tank. To fill, you need to remove the hose, remove and turn the tank upside down, and then fill from the bottom. Very pleasantly surprised! Bonus: good price, big tank

So I've been working for a month now and it's working great. I use it for a 55 gallon hermit crab tank. I can keep the humidity around 60% with the heat lamp on (for the winter) at 70-75°F. I cover the top of the tank screen (aluminum foil around the lamp) with a blanket and regularly maintain humidity specifications throughout. I refill it about every 2-2.5 days which is amazing compared to some foggers. Tidbit: It has a green light that turns red when empty, a great feature. When I refilled…

Works well. Plants/frogs love it. not very convenient to refuel, but you don't need to refuel often.

I'm completing the review. I have had this product for more than 2 years now. I have now actually switched to a 5 star rating. This product still works great and I haven't had any issues. I only use distilled water in it, which probably helps keep the mineral buildup going. I clean it every 6 months or so. But it still works just as well as the day I bought it. I'll be expanding it to a second habitat soon - hopefully it works for two habitats as well as one. I highly recommend this product…
