The first thing that attracted me to this chair was the price and the looks. You really can't beat the price. I ordered two of these chairs. They replaced the standard big black office chair with armrests. The office looks bigger with new chairs because they take up less space. My husband assembled both chairs in under half an hour. They are very durable and the PU synthetic leather feels very comfortable. I gave four stars for comfort because the back of the chair is very straight. I think after we work on the chairs for a while they will relax and become more comfortable.
