They are not suitable for grinding wheels and discs
They are not suitable as grinding wheels. They are glued so tightly that they don't "pop". In addition, sand so penetrates the adhesive that it becomes ineffective. Dremel's flower circles may seem overpriced, but at least they work. Compared to them, they are even more overpriced because they don't work at all.
