I love it and now I have 2 of these! I use it for my cordless vacuum cleaner and rotary vacuum cleaner. When I get something like this I charge it fully (usually the instructions say 16 hours) and then turn it on, let it fully discharge (this may take a few hours but worth it in the long run, and the instructions usually say that you should do this.) Then charge it again for maybe 8 hours and it's ready to go! Being able to tune in to a certain period of time and forget about it is awesome! If you accidentally leave something plugged into a regular outlet and charge it for about 24 hours, it won't hold the charge that long, but it may stop for a period of time, in the long run IT WILL! Most things when they run low or know they're going to lose charge I charge 4 hours to start and then maybe 2-4 more. Plug it in, set the timer, forget it!
