I really don't know much about computer monitors and was surprised at what it was capable of. Now it was a pain to set it up, but it was my fault. If you're a beginner like me, read a few articles on how to optimize your PC for a monitor, and then use the monitor's built-in settings to optimize from there. I have ACER Nitro 5 and it looks 2-3 times better. No more screen tearing like the laptop itself. The colors are really great. The stand is metal and looks pretty sexy when installed. Although I have the tools, it was nice that I didn't need them to assemble. Pull the trigger on this. I'll get back to you in a week and let you know if anything changes.
