The juicer is still under warranty. The end cap binds during juicing because the vegetables misalign the end cap threads, preventing the end cap from unscrewing from the juicing parts. This is the third time this has happened but this time we can't unscrew the black plug to clean. Tried soaking, oiling, tapping on a hard surface to loosen the threads but to no avail. The company is terribly slow. They continue to send the same email requests that I have already provided. The juicer is still under warranty but they respond to every email within 2-3 days. Worst customer service I have ever experienced so beware.
