I used a drill and mixing spatula to mix this powder and water to a thick consistency (for popcorn texture) in combination with Used Wagner texture spray. Gun and was very impressed with the texture it left on my practice drywall. Tomorrow is a real test run at a customer's house for a texturing patch that I've already fixed. Apparently it should be a piece of cake. And it's probably best to do it in small sprays at a time, allowing it to dry so it builds up slowly, rather than dripping watery. I assume that's how the product is used. Everything goes well with patience. The drywall test strip took a few hours and was still damp to the touch, so I imagine it should dry for 24 hours before painting.
