I'm a paramedic and bought this so I wouldn't have to worry about going into strangers' homes. I've been wearing it every day for about a year and it hardly wears out. So far it works great and is very accurate. The battery life is excellent. I leave it on almost 24/7 and it still runs on the original battery. The vibration and max functions are very useful. It reacts very quickly to carbon monoxide and always ignites within a few seconds. I am very impressed with the durability and build quality. 10/10
