Good halogen replacement
Purchased the 3000k soft white LED GU 10 bulbs as replacement for prior halogen lamp track fixture. These are good value for the $. They are a whiter and brighter light than the halogen, but not so dull as a fluorescent would be. Glad I didn't get the 6000k as it would have been too cool a color for a residential application. One of the other great aspects about this LED lamp is that it stays so much cooler than the halogen. Halogens have a great jewel like quality to the lighting that is hard to match, but the lamp will burn your hand after a minute. These LEDs don't.
