NEW ALTERNATOR in Alternators

We received a new DB Electrical AFD0100 alternator on time but after installation it does not work, the computer read that it is not compatible with our 0 Ford 15, we requested 15 the return it is returned it was REFUNDED AND REFUNDED WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULT.
