As a very long haired person living in Texas, I have to pull my hair back in hot weather. I love them because they have greatly reduced the hair breakage I have. I've gotten to the point where, apart from the bandage, I only use silk on my hair. They are very affordable and I like having a variety of colors to match my outfit.
