Horrible quality, avoid purchase
This vacuum is not up to industrial and scientific standards. It constantly loses suction and can't handle large volumes of food. The only positive is the compact size, but that doesn't outweigh the cons. Save yourself the frustration and money and look elsewhere for restaurant appliances and equipment.
