I solved the problem of washing the grill with simple paper towels, toilet paper is not suitable - it crumbles and leaves lumps on the grill. Towels are very convenient to use, keep this in mind when buying. - As soon as you start using the grill, try experimenting with the thickness of the food, the pressure height here is regulated in a purely formal way, so I developed this tactic for myself - I put thicker pieces further, thinner - closer, so I can + - evenly press food. But there is no big problem with this, if you get used to it a little, everything will turn out very well. Also, the blocking of the pressure on the top panel is done through the sleeves - the clamp goes only on the right side, the left one is not fixed by anything.
