I love big umbrellas because I HATE getting wet. My hope for this umbrella was that not only would it be big, but it would also be able to withstand wind, as my last umbrella didn't do either.The color - beautiful. I got the purple.Size - great for the size I bought.Withstands the wind - nope. Big fail. Unfortunately for me, there was a gust of wind and it the umbrella ties inside busted and material came off the rods and turned inside out. Thankfully I can still use the umbrella, but if I'm dealing with wind, there is nothing that is keeping the fabric secured to the rods, since the little ties broke.
