In general, they like it very much. They slip easily over the head, t-shirt style. The material has a bit of stretch so they fit snugly and cover the tummy area while still being comfortable for my pup. He doesn't seem to mind hanging around in this shirt, even if it's not for a walk or outside. Reflective trimmings and patches work well for evening outings. Also washes well and keeps its shape. My pup has an odd shape and this was the first shirt of the right length that hits him in the right spots on his tummy to not interfere with his ability to go to the bathroom. The only downside is that you wish they had warmer material or sleeves. The material is a soft fleece that is good for chilly mornings in early fall or spring, but not warm enough for winter. Also in this shirt there is no hole for a leash or harness. Because it's light enough, it fits in my pup's harness.
