Ease in using; great customer service! Would love if we could have access 24/7 but I guess this isn't possible - however having an email address allows us some flexibility around when our team can work which makes sense where timezone differences are present (Australia). Great platform!! We've been able find candidates who fit what was required quickly & easily since launching here about 18 months ago now so not sure there would be anything specific i'd change other than maybe expanding further into different industries within Australia?
