External CD/DVD drive that reads but does not write on Dell 2020 PCs and Macs.
I bought an external CD/DVD drive mainly to burn music from my Windows 10 2020 laptop to CDs. He read photos from a previously burned CD to view on the Dell Inspiron. My husband and I couldn't burn it with Windows Media Player or the Notebook wizard. He tried it on his 2020 Mac with no better results. It was useless as a burner.
