I do not recommend this chair to everyday users. Less than two days after assembling the chair, I managed to break the right armrest while shifting my weight to correct my posture; I'm barely 155 pounds and the armrest couldn't even support my full weight before buckling. It's such a shame. The chair looks neat, feels good and is easy to assemble; Only the armrests are terribly fragile. Revain is currently (hopefully) replacing the armrest. I will update my review to see how it goes. (Update) Revain offered a 35% refund, a partial refund, a free replacement, or a full refund. I opted for a free replacement. (Updated 2) It is now the end of June 2017 and the changing chair is still operational. I suspect they had weak/faulty armrests in the original version, which have since been fixed. Overall the chair looks immaculate save for a few minor blemishes: First, the vinyl on my left armrest has started to wear out and this issue will only get worse with continued use until I fix it. Second, the screw hole plugs keep falling out, they're just too loose to fit their holes snugly. Other than that it has proven to be durable and looks new at first glance so I'm giving this product 3 stars (originally 2 stars) as it has proven to be durable.
