no clear operating instructions, it was hard to figure out how to get the LEDs to work and they don't stay on between operations so you have to turn them on every time you switch the computer if you really want to see them. doesn't have enough angles so make sure your monitor is more than 8 inches from your desk or this thing will get in the way or you'll have to put it on its side. Good length cord, mic picks up sound well, useful mute switch and "wheel" for mic gain (they should have just put knobs on it instead of using a wheel that only rotates 15 degrees in each direction and into the returning to neutral and pressing can turn on the LEDs so it's basically just 3 normal buttons). not bad for the price.
