This is NOT a dress. It's like a composite beach cover. There are many fabrics that you can cover or adjust to suit your needs. I would definitely send it back but I missed the deadline. Unfortunately I'm stuck with it. This purchase reminded me why I ultimately choose to shop in person - there is no such thing as quality control on the internet! Difficulty shopping in person PROBABLY still results in my liking the quality of what I'm buying. Need alterations or just wear this as a beach cover up. Shows a lot of boobs! The blue color is a little lighter than the real one. Only buy it if it's very cheap (less than $20), you don't need durability, and it's not in high demand.
