Google the wiring. The instructions are useless.
Product works as described. I used it to restore a 40 year old circular table saw. However, the instructions were printed inside the box and were torn when opened. This is a connector so it is very important not to mix up the wires. I had to google. When it comes to safety, legible instructions should not be left to chance.
