The ease with which you can find what files have been accessed or modified in an archive file allows us to look back months at time when we need answers quickly! I wish there was more available options than just "Last Accessed" but it's still very useful even if not all information could be found immediately (which sometimes happens). We also use our own version called eDiscovery Pro that works well too - both offer similar features although they differ slightly so try them out yourself before deciding whether one meets your needs better. When looking through data from older archives, some records may only contain dates while others will include metadata such as last access date/time etc., making comparison difficult without additional research tools like those offered by these programs.
