At first I thought I was buying controlled RGB fans, they are not, they are all 5 colors on all the time. Installation was very easy, just plug into the motherboard; However, after a few weeks I noticed this noise coming from my PC and realized that they were new fans I had just bought. The noise didn't bother me enough to buy new ones, but it does get very loud and very humming in places.
