Sketchbook 9x12 came in the box with all my stuff and was in great condition apart from a small dent that didn't damage the paper. Good thickness for using different media. For watercolor, this is above the norm. I have 5.5 x 8.5 in the picture showing the warp so you can imagine how much warp the 9 x 12 will have. I didn't use a lot of water but tried very hard to use as little as possible. If you are painting with 9x12 in watercolor I suggest switching to 140lb 300g for less wrinkles. Although you get twice as many mixed media sheets as watercolors. I think there are ways to "smooth out wrinkles". In any case, even if the product is damaged, I recommend returning it and buying it from a real store.
