Really well made and very durable. The key fob works pretty well with the cover, but it reduces the frequency range a bit. ie: You will find that you have to get closer before the key fob communicates with your car. It probably doesn't matter for guys or if you carry a wallet/bag and put your keychain in there. I like to always have my car keys in my pocket with me. Case made my keychain so huge and bulging that the keychain didn't even fit in the front pockets of skinny or stretch jeans in my closet. It also doesn't fit in the pockets of my yoga pants while my house keys, 5 keys on a mini carabiner, fit. All of these pockets are tiny but usually large enough to hold multiple keys. Another problem is that the cover cannot be removed. It was even difficult to do with a screwdriver with a rag on the end. This scratched the case but managed to pull the key fob out. If you have to use an old-school key in a keychain, you can't pull it out when you need it if it has a cover. . You'll probably have to smash the cover open with a hammer to get the emergency key.
