Installation wasn't exactly a drop instead of replacement, but it works. Good build quality
I was able to fix my 2009 Ford Edge which is overheating at idle so I'm a happy customer but curious if there might be problems some people are reporting related to the fan turning off the whole time. What to do with a connector that's suitable for aftermarket replacement? The connector on the vehicle's wiring harness requires additional force to snap the two electrical parts together. TIP: For those planning to install the part themselves, it is recommended that you remove the radiator hose and air intake/filter assembly.
