Review on Enhanced Performance ACDelco Gold PF52 Engine Oil Filter by Matthew Richards

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect fit for 2002 Chevrolet Blazer!

The ACDelco Oil Filter is perfect for our 2002 4-door Chevrolet Blazer 4x4. This is an OEM replacement product so don't worry about the fitment. And if you have a Chevrolet Blazer like we do, I would recommend sticking to OEM with your Chevrolet Blazer otherwise you may run into problems in the future like we have experienced in the past. We have nine Chevrolet Blazers to date and you can bet trucks can be picky when it comes to non-OEM or ACDelco parts. I've had several mechanics tell me the same thing. The ACDelco oil filter came out of the General Motors dealer's parts department like any other oil filter, only at a much lower price than the parts department. The oil filter housing is durable and is no different in quality than what you can get in the dealer's parts department. And the floor seal is also in normal OEM quality. I wasn't able to cut my old ACDelco oil filter in half and I won't cut my new one in half to show or explain how the inside works. I know not all oil filters are created equal, but I've had no oil problems on any of our nine Chevrolet Blazers that used ACDelco oil filters. And the magnet on the oil drain plug is proof of that. Because metal filings are simply not found. I would recommend this ACDelco OEM oil filter to anyone with a Chevrolet Blazer S-10 body style. We believe it's important to provide an honest and accurate review to help you make your purchasing decisions. Because we want to receive the same in return.
