Excellent door - Very satisfied. I gave it 4 stars just because you follow the instructions/pattern to cut the hole, this creates a lot more area than you need and you have to rely on the screws to stay tight to get the pet door over to keep from the (big) hole. When the screws are loosened, the pet door will fall down, leaving a large gap. I read this in at least one review before purchasing the pet door. I should have paid a little more attention to this review and cut it a little shorter (width was ok) - you can always cut more later if you need to, but you can't put it back on once it's been cut. Otherwise the door is perfect. And it closes the hole once you line it up perfectly and tighten the screws, but when they loosen.
