Review on 🌿 Sensitive Skin Solution: All Powder Laundry Detergent, Free & Clear, 52 oz, 40 Loads by Eric Castillo

I bought this washing powder mainly for cloth diapers, although I also use it for household laundry. We have iron hard water and the liquid detergent just didn't get the diapers clean enough. This powder cleans well and doesn't irritate our skin - I have particularly very sensitive skin, I can't use most big name brand cleansers as they itch me so much. And all powders and liquids are suitable for my skin. My baby has never had diaper rash and this cleanser keeps her diapers clean and fresh with no odors or stains. This company doesn't seem to have a habit of creating sensationalism. What if you don't want to give your customers a scoop, then make measurements on your boxes! I sent an email to their customer support. ***For those who care, this is 1/4 (quarter) cup for regular loads and 1/2 (half) cup for large or heavily soiled loads. *** I bought a cheap set of metal cups from the dollar store. And just keep a quarter cup in the box. The problem is solved. One thing I learned about this cleaner is that you shouldn't use too much. If you use more than the recommended amount or more than the load requires, your clothes will look rough/tight. I used too much until I got the measurements. Now, with the right amount of detergent, I get clean clothes and diapers that are soft to the touch and don't leave too much detergent on them. Plus, if I use the right measurements, my box will last a heck of a lot longer. We don't have much smell in our family and are quite sensitive to strongly flavored foods. This detergent has an odor. I wouldn't call it a fragrance, it has a "soapy" smell to me. I notice it in the box and when my laundry gets washed, but I don't notice it staying on our clothes/diapers/sheets after washing and drying. However, compared to something like the unscented seventh generation, it has a more noticeable smell. The packaging is easy to open with a pull tab. And I really like that there is one less plastic thing in my house. Overall, I really enjoy using this cleaner. I grew up in Europe where liquid detergents are much rarer. So it's nice to finally find a powder here in the US that I like and doesn't irritate our skin. Glad it's back in stock!
