Simply insert 16 rivet nuts into our trailer screen door to hold two acrylic panels. The nut just fits in the 1/4" hole. I didn't have to look for a custom sized drill bit. They compress tightly and feel solid - you'll see that after a few thousand miles of vibration on the road.
