I have this flashlight and another one from this company. Both have their own electrical plugs that get too hot to fiddle with comfortably. I've found on another device (just ALL LEDs or just blue lights on) the plug is fine for an hour and stays cool like the rest of my plugs if I only turn on the blue lights. Obviously I basically did the same thing with this one. I created a blue and green night setting with about the same brightness as the other light and it worked. The fork is cold. My problem is that I shouldn't do that. These candles should never get hot. I actually have another flashlight from the same company but I bought it directly from them before these other two flashlights - this flashlight is basic. it is white or off. The white is very clean and bright, and the fork is always cold. As such, ALL 3 bulbs have the same connector. They each just have their other functions of turning color on and off.
