They shopped at the Kotofoto online store in October 2022 to get a Samsung Galaxy S7 smartphone for their son to give as a gift. The current quality of cellphones manufactured by this firm has received "great" evaluations, but the customer service is poor, so I was opposed to making the purchase, despite the fact that my kid wanted to buy it. There have been no reports of problems with the smartphone itself; but, after two months of use, one of the speakers in the headphones that came with the kit stopped working. We got in touch with the Mobile Service team. Following the inspection, the specialist advised us that we should also hand over the headphones so that they could be inspected in conjunction with the mobile device. If the headphones are damaged, there is no reason in the world for me to rent a costly smartphone. What will they do with it if it gets scratched, if it gets dropped, or if something much worse happens? My pleadings fell on deaf ears, and someone suggested that I phone the Samsung customer service department. It would be an understatement to say that I was taken aback by what happened. Because headphones are a consumable product, if you make defective products, please replace them immediately. Why would you want to risk your reputation by doing so? Although I was still unsure from which manufacturer I should get a smartphone, I have now made up my mind that it will not be from Samsung. At this point, all that can be done is pray that the issue does not pertain to the smartphone itself.
