I like how easy it is for me to use this program, as well as having all of my property management information in one place. It also has an option to send out reminders about upcoming inspections, which i think helps save time at check-ins when there are many properties/owners being checked. Sometimes it takes awhile to get updated with new data from other areas (ie water bills). When you update your records, they do not always sync right away so make sure everything looks correct before submitting changes. We have been able to track our tenants' payment histories very quickly using this system. This makes the process much less stressful, since we know exactly what payments need to be made each month and who needs them paid first. Also, if someone forgets to pay their rent, the reminder will go directly into their account without even needing to call them!
