Avoid this humidifier. I followed the instructions and charged the humidifier. I appreciated the size and that it worked after charging and soaking a cotton pencil. It worked great after the first run. After the water drained, I washed out the basin, refilled and refilled the basin. I turned it back on and pressed the humidifier button. He took a breath and stopped. I turned it off again, turned it on, and hit the humidifier button again. It was of no use. I pressed the light button and the light came on meaning it was charged. It seems like the real humidifier just stopped working. Very annoying. Avoid. Just spend $ on the best humidifier.
